housing programs

GEDCO provides housing with supportive services in Baltimore City for individuals who fall within three large - and growing - population groups:

CHALLENGE AND OPPORTUNITY

A common thread running among all three is that each group would face a myriad of difficulties in trying to maintain and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle without some type of assistance.  Formerly on their own, many of our residents struggled with securing the everyday necessities of existence.

GEDCO's goal is to provide living environments for its residents that allow them not only to survive but to thrive.  Our residential programs offer not just housing that is clean and up to date but makes available the types of essential supportive services that make it possible for each and every resident to achieve their full potential in an active setting.

GEDCO is extremely proud of each of its residential programs and the positive impact they have had on the lives of so many citizens.  In the twenty-plus years since Epiphany House, the first residential facility was opened in 1985, several hundred people have benefited greatly from the chance to call GEDCO "home."
