GEDCO’s Epiphany House serves low-income, older adults (age 55+) with disabilities and seniors, ages 62 and older, by providing an active, safe living community with supportive services.
Epiphany House was the first senior services housing community opened by the faith communities that formed GEDCO. It is a renovated antebellum hotel that accommodates 33 residents in cozy efficiency apartments and shared areas for dining and recreation.
