From the beginning, GEDCO has been committed to bringing hope, stability, and opportunity to the people of Baltimore. What started as a single older adult housing community founded by seven churches has grown into a comprehensive nonprofit organization offering a wide range of programs and services that support individuals and families facing housing insecurity, food insecurity, and other life challenges.
