Reverend Jenn DiFrancesco (GEDCO) Jenn was ordained in 2001 and is currently serving as Temporary Supply Pastor at Havenwood, and as Co-Pastor of a new worshiping community, The Slate Project. A 15-year resident of Charles Village, Jenn and her husband, J.T. Paulk have 3 children and always find something new to do in the community.
Evangeline Herbert (GEDCO) Evangeline Herbert has worked with BlueCross and BlueShield of Maryland for 34 years in various positions. In her current role as a Contracting Manager, she is responsible for contracting and negotiating reimbursements with Institutional Providers (such as hospitals), Dialysis Providers, Birthing Centers and Mental Health and Substance Use Providers. Evangeline enjoys spending time with friends and family especially her grandchildren, reading, doing volunteer work with Moveable Feast, and helping seniors maneuver through the healthcare system.
Erin O’Keefe (GEDCO) Erin is a Baltimore City resident and has worked at Loyola University Maryland for the past 10 years. She is currently serving as Executive Director of Loyola’s Center for Community, Service, and Justice. She served as the founding director for Loyola’s York Road Initiative, where she established trusted relationships with resident-led coalitions and public and private leadership, resulting in community-designed plans to decrease racial and economic segregation and inequities.
Stephanie Shack (GEDCO) Stephanie is a Baltimore City resident, and works for Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. where she serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. She has also been a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Chesapeake, and the Women’s Industrial Exchange. Stephanie is a huge sports fan and has season tickets for the Ravens and the Orioles.
Reni Lawal (Stadium Place) Baltimore City Planner for the Northern District. Reni is a Baltimore City Planner for the Northern District, Reni works with communities to help address a myriad of issues across the planning spectrum.
Vernetta Butler (Stadium Place) Ednor I Resident Council President. is a resident of the Ednor I Apartments at Stadium Place and a retired Baltimore City Public School System educator. Mrs. Butler provides unwavering leadership and support for residents.
Mildred Redd (Stadium Place) Venable I Resident. Mildred is a 6-year resident of Venable I Apartments at Stadium Place. She is retired after 43 years of service as Nursing Technician at Maryland General Hospital. She keeps the residents well informed and prepares “Get Well” packages for residents returning from the hospital.
Carolyn Caulk Smith (Stadium Place) Ednor II Resident Council President. Carolyn is one of the first residents of Ednor II Apartments at Stadium Place. She is also a retired Baltimore City Public School System educator. Mrs. Smith has been instrumental in coordinating meetings, gatherings, games, and other activities for the residents.
Lany Tucker (Stadium Place) Venable II Resident Council President. Lany lived in New York for 12 years and has worked in the following industries: Healthcare, Hospitality, and Education. Mr. Tucker provides leadership and support to residents.
